david mcbryde is a dj, artist, and film maker (order possibly not in though that) and long time friend of liberation jumpsuit. this project is the quite splendid short film ‘slowrock via’, a dark and eerie tale of lonely souls lost in cyberspace, all set to the epic, eponymous smack miranda theme tune. guaranteed to turn you on, tune you in and flop you out!

featured as part of the video displays at the 2002 glastonbury festival, this fifteen minute troll through the liberation jumpsuit archives takes its title from the number of frames used in its production. a disjointed narrative runs throughout this disparate collection of sampled film, giving the work an unsettling yet whimsical undercurrent. ‘there isn’t one of  you that i would spare. not even yooooou!!!!’ creepy…
